PCM Muscat LLC is looking for a Sales Administration Assistant to support the sales and admin activities.

Job responsibilities include:

  1. Follow up on purchase orders and timely deliveries
  2. Close check on inventory status in Oman
  3. Prepare customer quotations and create opportunities in CRM
  4. Planning and managing trainings in coordination with the Operations Manager
  5. Managing and recording billing data
