As the Sales & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering product solutions with your team and within the broader organization. This includes downhole pumps, transfer pumps, rotating equipment and related integrated surface packages and accessories.
- Managing sales budgets and strategies used to reach objectives.
- Providing technical expertise and developing technical solutions (configuration, performance estimation, economics, etc.) as part of the pre-ITO (requisition) process while interfacing with the company commercial & technical teams.
- Contributing in strategic plans to help develop sales across the company’s business lines.
- Implementing sales plans on key accounts and presenting them to management.
- Rolling out new products, including new technologies and standard products.
- Providing technical and commercial guidance to sales and tender teams to maximize success rate (e.g equip specs, cost estimation, market prices).
- Developing and conducting training programs for clients: online, in house and in field.
- Developing or updating application engineering guidelines, best practices and/or lessons learned to improve knowledge transfer to the teams.
- Participating with other regions on special projects based on business needs and to ultimately differentiate PCM product solutions to customers.
- Promoting an HSE interdependent culture through regular safety moment discussions.
To be successful in this role, you will have components of the following:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in Artificial Lift Systems or surface transfer / rotating equipment applications; preferably in Progressive Cavity Pumps (PCP’s) however other technologies will be considered.
- Proven track record in a sales or operations management role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead multi-functional teams.
- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
- Proficiency in planning, scheduling, customer relationship management, and the ability to influence at various levels across an organization.
- A sound understanding of Health Safety and Environmental practices.
