ACTIVITY 1 - OPERATIONS: Monitor and supervise all contracts and operations in the region
• Ensures smooth PCP operations in customer fields
• Assists and provides guidance’s to client for PCM products and accessories link to PCP • PCM technical focal point for Client
• Records and follows up of client claims
• Coordinates or participates in customers employees training on site or in house
ACTIVITY 2 - DESIGN & OPTIMIZATION: Support & Provide PCP expertise
• Designs PCP equipment with PCM IT tools and ensures proper equipment selection
• Participates in client operations meetings
• Evaluates performance of PCP equipment in operation and provides clients with optimization recommendations
• Reports regularly to PCM and to customer performances of PCM products
ACTIVITY 3 -SALES MANAGEMENT: Develop and manage sales in the region
• Build and maintain effective local relationships
• Manages sales activities in the region (offer, orders, claims, payment follow-up)
• Maintains and improves high level of services to client portfolio (Responsiveness, solutions oriented)
• Negotiates sales prices and discounts in consultation with the manager and the tender team
• Actively participates in client and business development meetings
ACTIVITY 4 - REPORTING: Provide proper communication with client & PCM team
• Provide on-time comprehensive reports on sales activity and market trends
• Ensures rigorous update of all PCM and client performances tracking tools
• Produces on time systematic reporting (Daily quick news, Weekly Report, Monthly operation report, Monthly Optimization report)
• Manages KPI update
ACTIVITY 5 - QHSE: Respect and implement PCM QHSE policy
• Follows safety rules for personal and equipment as per PCM, Customer and local rules • Applies and respects all applicable business processes, compiles and submits quality indicators as required.
Profile
- Petroleum or Mechanical Engineer
- 5 years experience minimum in the Oil & Gas
- Workshop or field experience
- Artificial Lift pumping solutions knowledge (ideally PCP)
Skills
- Autonomous
- English mandatory
- Capacity to go on field and provide technical support
- Ability to convince customers with a technical/commercial argumentation
- Customer experience oriented behavior
Travel in all Europe to visit our customer and field operations
